Customer is responsible to help unload the truck unless liftgate isordered. The driver of the truck does not have to help unload. If you want liftgate service to lower your delivery to the curb you can purchase it for $50 by contacting us. Theindividual pieces weigh 40-50 lbs for the smaller kits and 70-80 lbsfor the larger kits.
