Shipping

All items will be shipped within 1 business day after purchase. Most orders received before 2pm eastern time, will ship that day. A tracking number will always be provided via email. Free shipping will be through either FedEx, USPS or UPS ground. NOTE: On most items, overnight shipping is offered for an extra charge. See shipping details.

Returns

All items will have the full manufacturers Warranty. Return merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Return items will be accepted within 30 days and must be preceded with an email. We will then provide the required RMA#. If for some reason an item is out-of-stock, your money will be refunded immediately back to your credit card or PayPal account !!! At this time, we cannot accept returns for any software items such as mapping cards, cd\'s etc. PLEASE NOTE: All shipping charges are non-refundable on any return.

Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. You must have a \"confirmed\" PayPal address. Payment is requested within 48 hours after purchase.
