Description: This sale is for the William G. Fischer \"Grand Active\" Trade Mark Cin. O. USA Salesman Sample / Miniature Advertising Anvil / Paperweight pictured above. The overall condition is very nice with some wear to the high spots and some dings. It measures 3 1/2 across the top, is 1 3/4 tall and 1 1/2 wide at the base. It has a different logo / info on each side of the cast iron body. There is still a lot of the original nickel plating over a copper flash base. This company was in operation in the late 1800\'s and dealt stoves & related cast iron supplies. I found confusing references to them making anvils.This is a real antique miniature advertising anvil and not a reproduction or knock-off. I guarantee it!!
