Up for grabs is (1) mixed 90 pack of Astrea Snails, Stocky/XL Cerith Snails & Caribbean Nerite Snails (30 of each). Some of the Cerith snail shells will have coralline and/or other algae growing on its shell.

If a coral is labeled a WYSIWYG you will receive the EXACT frag/piece/colony shown in the pictures. If it is NOT labeled WYSIWYG, you will receive either a piece similar to the one in the picture or a Frag from the colony in the picture. Be sure to read the description for the piece you’re looking at to know which it is.

Checkout/payment must be completed within 48 hours after sale has completed or Buy it Now has been done. If you fail to pay for an item it will be relisted for sale to another buyer. If you do not complete checkout a second time you will be banned from buying anything from us in the future. All sales are final, there are no refunds or returns.

Shipping cost is only charged once if you’re purchasing multiple other items you will only pay shipping cost once. If items have different shipping costs only the highest cost will be charged. If the items do not update to show the combined shipping cost I will update and send a new invoice if needed. Shipping within Michigan is only $25. Please message us after buying the item and once we’ve confirmed the address is within Michigan we will send a revised invoice. Unfortunately we do not have a free shipping option on any items. Shipping is done on Tuesday’s for Wednesday’s and on Wednesday’s for Thursday’s. No shipping on Monday’s, Thursday’s or Friday’s. In some cases shipping on Monday for Tuesday or Thursday for Friday can be accommodated if needed to fit your schedule or availability but this needs to be discussed and agreed upon beforehand. Processing time for shipment is at least 24 hours and will depend on the day the item is purchased. For instance if:

- Coral is purchased/sale won on a Monday the 10th before 12 midnight EST the coral will ship Tuesday the 11th.

- Coral purchased/sale won on Tuesday the 12th before 12 midnight EST the coral will ship Wednesday the 13th.

- Coral purchased/sale won on Thursday the 2nd the coral will ship the following week on Tuesday the 7th.

Exceptions to this are if prior arrangements are made between myself and you the buyer or if the coral won needs time to heal between time the sale is won and when it’s safe to be shipped. We can also hold a coral for up to one week after it’s been purchased but this must be agreed upon before you complete checkout/purchase.

All orders will be shipped to the verified or PayPal shipping address. We cannot ship to a different address you ask us to ship to after purchasing an item. We can do a ship to hold at your closest FedEx facility though. If you want to do that please send us a message after completing checkout and we will make sure to ship it that way. All corals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. This typically gets the coral delivered to you by noon of the expected delivery day. In some rural areas the expected delivery time can be as late as 4:30pm. Usually the package is delivered before then but it is important to understand that those times are not exact and to be sure you’re prepared to be home to receive the package during that timeframe.

DOA Policy is as follows: Corals come with a standard 1 Hour DOA guarantee. If the coral arrives dead, clear pictures of the coral, in the original SEALED bag/cup/container must be provided within 1 hour of FIRST delivery attempt. After pictures have been provided additional info such as water temp inside bag will also be needed and if decided the DOA coral will need sent back. If item is not accepted on first delivery attempt or if the bag/cup/container is opened then the DOA is void. Not responsible for DOA caused by shipping delays, acts of gods & other situations or scenarios out of the sellers control. In the rare event of a DOA, credit or replacement coral will be sent, no refunds will be given. Shipping costs are also not refundable and will be the buyers responsibility to pay for in the event a DOA Replacement. Absolutely no charge back of credit cards will be allowed.
