I ship 1-2 times a week by FedEx ground for most items. Smaller items may go by USPS. If you have a special shipping request, I will try to honor it. Also, I reuse boxes and packing materials to keep costs down (and recycle), but if you want new materials I am happy to use such for an additional charge.4. I offer free, insured ground shipping in the continental US, I can ship outside the continental USA, but it there will be an extra charge, and you need to contact me before offerding.5. I get insurance on everything I ship. If you receive a package from me with any shipping damage, take multiple photographs of the package, the product in the package and any damage to the product, so that I can file an insurance claim. If you do not take all of the photos, I cannot file a claim.
