In the unlikely event of a D.O.A (dead on arrival), please send a very clear digital photo within 2 hours of delivery (UPS posted time). After receiving the photo, we may ask for you to ship back the deceased coral, please do not dispose of the remains. Once a photo is received (if applicable), we will issue a store credit. Credit does not include shipping.tempt.We do not offer refunds, only credit towards future sales or a replacement (if available). We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your shipment to arrive late. Buyer MUST receive delivery on FIRSTdeliveryattemptnoExceptions! We can hold corals for up to one week once payment is received, unless arrangements are made. We cannot guarantee replacement of the same coral purchased after 7thday.
