Annabelle Lee the Persian Cat
Published on Jan 1st, 2008
By Allison Pirayoff (California)
Annabelle went in for a spay and passed away during recovery. My poor baby! I thought spays were supposed to be save. The vet said she went into respiratory failure during recovery. They spend 30 minutes trying to revive her. My daughter only had Annabelle for two months and this was her baby. We are both distraught and don't understand how this could happen. I pray that she didn't suffer any pain. My daughter was able to hold her deceased baby and say good-bye. She will be cremated this week. She was such a sweet cat.
