Together
   
Together my friend and I
   
Walk down the street
   
He has hair a color of
   
Gold and little legs that
   
Help him go
   
Together my friend and I
   
Will share out lives
   
His a short one
   
And mine much longer
   
Together my friend and I
   
Play, sharing joy from
   
Such a simple task
   
Together my friend and I
   
Sleep, eat, amd enjoy the
   
Company of each other
   
And when the time comes to an end
   
Because life is so short
   
I will meet my friend
   
And we will be together
