Nagaina the American Saddlebred Horse
Published on Jan 1st, 2008
By Bianca Du Plessis (South Africa)
Nagaina was a 17hh pure Saddlebred mare, she was trained as a gaited in hand shower and won many shows and hearts of fans. Sadly Nagaina was run over by a truck on the 24th of December 2004, the day before Christmas... She was in her pasture grazing peacefully when a truck went out of control and smashed into her paddock. She got caught on a piece of wire and couldn't run away in time. The truck ran her over causing her to break a lot of bones. She died instantly, so she didn't suffer. Nagaina Hall, we miss you dearly and you will always be remembered for your loving personality and gentle heart.
Thank you Nagaina.
