You came into my life just before Thanksgiving in 1997 after being moved from home to home in your early years so I never knew your exact age. As I had just retired we were able to spend every day together.
I'll never forget the many hours we spent wandering in the woods around your home and the happy times playing. We became as one and now that your gone I feel as half of me is also gone.
My days will never be as happy or full as they were when you were here. I pray that you are happy and that God is caring for you. I also hope that you never forget me and are waiting for me on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge til the day I cross and can once again be with you. Know that your "Dad" misses you and that you will live forever in my heart.
REST WELL MY FAITHFUL FRIEND.
