The cage is great once it was assembled. The instructions were very hard to understand. And part of the cage was bent due to FedEx. Delivery. FedEx has gotten terrible. I would give them a negative review.

Assembly instructions could be clearer, and some of the metal bars were just slightly crooked which made tightening the screws in all the way impossible. All in all a very nice cage, my ferret seems quite happy in his big new home!

    Rats Love Space...This Cage Is Great

    I bought the duplex cage and my rats LOVE it. The big door adds accessibility and in turn, makes "pick-up" MUCH easier. The "trap door" between the levels makes separating rats easy. This size is perfect for my 3 rats...gives them room to run down the levels. In my opinion, this duplex size is a starter cage. A bi-level cage does not offer enough room for them to run but this cage does and the rats love it! If I get more rats, you can extend the cage by buying extra levels :-)
