We ship Monday through Thursday with FedEx Priority Overnight - $49/first coral.Combined shipping - $55.

Signature of acceptance required. Carrier will not release package without signature. We are not responsible or have any control over carrier negligence or delay. No credit will be given for shipping cost due to delay or carrier fault. Once corals are shipped if Buyer re-routes package to be delivered other than address provided on DOA policy void.Shipment to Continental US destinations only. We do not ship Live Coral to Hawaii, Alaska, or international.

Allof our coral come with a Live Arrival Guarantee. For this guarantee to be valid you must submit a clear, quality digital photo of the D.O.A. within ONEhour of FedEx electronic delivery notification.Photo must be taken while the coral is still in sealed bag. D.O.A.means dead on arrival therefore it will be dead in the bag when it arrived. If this process is not followed the guarantee will be void. There are absolutely no refunds for D.O.A. coral, no exceptions. We will not cover any D.O.A.\'s due to shipping delays caused by FedEx including weather delays.
