Payment with PayPay only, and must be completed within 3 days after sale has ends.We will hold corals for up to one week.All orders/offers not paid by the following Sunday will be canceled. Sales tax will be applied to sales within Florida.If you have trouble combining and paying the invoice after your sales end, just wait and we will send you a combined invoice to your email as soon as possible.

Shipping
We ship Next Day Air, Monday through Thursday with typical arrival by 10:30am.We ship Priority Overnight flat rate $45. Local Florida resident flat rate is $29.Shipment to contiguous U.S. only.

Please note all sales won and Buy It Now items may be combined into one shipment to save on costs. We do not offer free shipping on purchases, however, if you qualify for free shipping on AJsAquariums we will include your purchases within the same shipment. All orders can be combined into one shipment to save on shipping.

The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number. We do not require signature for delivery, however, Buyer must receive delivery on First attempt or Live Arrival Guarantee will be void. We suggest you acclimate your animals as soon as the package is dropped off as the longer the coral remain in the bag, the more stressed they become.Acclimation Guide is included with each shipment.

AJ's Aquariums cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays incurred by the carrier that may cause your shipment to arrive late.

Live Arrival Guarantee
In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), contact us within 2 hours of delivery (carrier posted time) via email and include a clear digital photo of the dead coral. Please do not dispose of the animal without AJ's authorization; doing so will void the guarantee. After approving the DOA, a credit will be issued towards afuture purchase, minus shipping charges, and applied to your next shipment. We do not offer refunds only credit towards future purchase.Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.

Once livestock is in your tank, we have no control over the conditions and no guarantee is implied past delivery. Buyer must receive item on FIRST delivery attempt.We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

We do not accept returns.Do not ship the item back.
