You are offerding on a New with tags Boots and Barkley Dog Parka with Hood and white faux fur trim is in a size Large. It is a Navy Blue with a Royal Blue lining and a velcro closure in three places that close along the underside chest of your dog. According to the tag, a Large size is 17 inches to 19 inches measuring from the base of the dog's neck to beginning of the tail. It fits a dog weighing between 21 and 30 pounds. I purchased this when my puppy was very small assuming he would grow into it. He stopped growing at 16 pounds and it is a size to large for him. This has never been worn and is new from the store.
