About a week ago I bought 2 hermit crabs both different species… One was my brothers and one was mine, they live on the same tank because the store said they live happily in pairs of 2 or 3… Well, one day when I came home from school I find my crabs leg on the floor of their tank… And his body half way out of the shell dead on the floor… I have no clue what happened! When i took the body out of its shell of its legs were missing! How did it die!? Could the crabs have been fighting because they are different species? ??? 🙁 :'(
yes they were obvosally fighting
