my pony is breaking out in something around his neck. It is a bunch of bumps. Either he has scratched them open or flys made them open. I began putting pink medicine on them, but it doesn’t seem to be helping. they are getting worse. they are oozing. there are many of them. They were worse around the area i had a fly mask on. I left the fly mask off tonight, but I don’t know what is wrong. could he be allergic to something? it has been usually wet and raining every day.
