From Courtney
We miss you so much "Uncle
Beau". You were such a blessing to us, and changed us in
ways no one will ever know. Austin still calls out for you,
but I try to help him understand that Uncle Beau is in heaven
now, watching over us. We should be happy to have had you ten
years, and we are, but we wanted more. We just can't accept
that you are gone. A part of me expected you to live forever,
but that expectation was shattered the day you were diagnosed
with cancer. We were able to extend your life two more months,
and I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world. Looking
at the empty house is so depressing, and I don't think I'll
ever get over the pain of losing you, my beloved Beau. Your
toys are in the same place, waiting for you to come get them.
We haven't been able to put them away. They are a bittersweet
reminder of the wonderful memories you gave us. You will live
on in our hearts, and will never be forgotten. I know I will
have a gentle face waiting for me when I get to
heaven.
I love you so much and miss you
dearly Beau. But your memory will live on.
