This is in memory of our dear sweet cat "ash". He was one of the most loving cats we have ever known. He was the grandson of "freeway" whom was found by my father on interstate 75 in Dallas, TX. We took her into our home as part of our family. "freeway" then had kittens two of which were kept by my family. I think we named these two girls "highway" and "alley". To the best of my knowledge, "alley" was ash's mother. Out of that litter in 1987 I chose two kittens to take home with me. They were "ash" and "spadey". They were brother and sister and lived many many lives together as cat's often do. Ash would have been 16 years old in august. Spadey misses him very much as do we all. Just want to let you know ash, that we love you always and will never ever forget what a wonderful little boy you were and still are. I hope it helped that i was there with you when you went to heaven. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do, but i know now that you are able to jump and play like you did when you were a kitten. You are most likely eating the biggest bowl of cat food any of us have ever seen. No more pain little ash, you are free, andyou are with many friends and family that have passed before you. You are always loved my dear sweet ash. God be with you always and forever.
