This breed of rabbit is my favorite because its hair really feels like velvet and it is easy to handle

Just a warning Rex rabbits in my experience can be very susceptible to Gastric hairballs or sometimes called GI which has been quite an expensive breed fault. Despite this they are a very rewarding breed especially for children (older) I have found.
