The mini rex rabbits are so sweet! Actually, I've only had one, but he was my sweet little baby. He died two days ago at the age of 9 years and I'm grief-stricken. He was a red mini rex named Hoppy Critter. I couldn't ask for a sweeter friend. Mini rexes are so easy to take care of and I would recommend them to anyone. muppetthepuppet@juno.com

Anyone considering getting a rabbit should get a Mini Rex. They are sooosoft, playful...I could go on forever. I currently have one myself, a 1 year old female.

One thing you have to worry about with Rexes and Mini Rexes are their thin footpads. Make sure you have some type of carpet or wood in your pet's house so they don't develop sore hocks. I hope that the Otter Mini Rex is recognized soon! :)
