Opinions - Flemish Giant Rabbit Breed

If you are considering a rabbit, think about the Flemish Giant. Right now I have a loving pet and companion. I have a 20 pound Flemish Giant who is spoiled (she even had seven presents under the Christmas tree this year!). She, Alice, is my best friend. When I have had a bad day, she always knows how to cheer me up--by jumping into my lap and giving me a kiss. Also she loves to play games and run through the house. But having a Flemish Giant is not only fun and games, they take a lot of work. - but they give you a lot of love back.

Everyone should own a Flemish they are so loving I have 2 of my own (JollyJane and her brother Trix) they are so cute and easy to care for they are thebest pets to own!

I have a young Flemish Giant , "Sundance". Flemish Giants are so sweet and loving- they make great pets, my Flemish like to take naps with me under the apples trees in my backyard. They never try to be mean unless they feel threatened - over all a gentle easygoing rabbit

Flemish Giants, although large, are the sweetest they get! You can hang themupside down for all they care - but please, just cuddle up with them or take them for a walk!

Flemish Giants are a rare and beautiful breed and their very size discourages some people, but lest we forget, Johnny or Janie will be better off with a sturdier pet, especially if their are young and don't let size fool you these are real sweethearts in the rabbit world. Sorry to Cassiopia, Perseus &Pandora my Doe, Buck, Doe combo but "Big dumb dog" comes to mind when you get to know their personality even though they are very smart! Katnclan@hotmail.com
