I bought my first Westie 6 years ago. Have had many different breeds in my life, but must say that this breed is the best! I just got a new Westie puppy this summer. He will soon be 6 months old. They get along well, and are very people/animal friendly little boys! I have read that this breed is not good with kids. This is definitely NOT true! My boys love kids, and enjoy playing with everyone!
