I would highly recommend this breed to anyone. They are highly intelligent, quick to learn, and very loving. I have 2 Bostons named Brewer and Brandy. They're our babies! We have had dogs all of our lives and although we have had some fine dogs, I would have to say that the Bostons are the very best. They have beauty, faithfulness, and intelligence. How can you go wrong with dogs like these?!

I have experience with many breeds but I can tell you from experience the Boston Terrier is one of the best family breeds. I have found that Bostons are highly intelligent, eager to please and full of affection. We currently have six and would never change breeds. The more attention and affection you give them the more you will receive in return.

My one-year-old female is super-smart, affectionate and a real clown. Prone to being stubborn on occasion, I've found she plays better with bigger dogs because of her tendency to be too boisterous with smaller breeds. The best breed there is, I reckon!

We have had our Boston for 9 years. I am generally a cat person and was hesitant about bringing a dog into our home. A single friend of ours just got a Boston puppy when he received orders to Hawaii. He stated Toby would have to be guaranteed for (I believe) 4 months and didn't want to put him through that and asked if we would take him. My sons were very excited and I couldn't say no. Am I glad I didn't. He is the smartest, cutest and most fun dog I know. He was already housebroken at 7 months when we got him which was a bonus. It didn't take long to train him to do other thinks and we had no clue what we were doing. He just naturally minded! He's the best dog ever!
