The Min Pin is actually a terrier breed. Designed
for ferreting out vermin on farms. These dogs are
primarily site dogs that once they get a bead on
something will chase forever. They are the greatest
escape artist of all breeds and if there is any
weakness in a fence, this breed will surely find it.
The pin's country of origin is Germany and as noted
in the early 1800's came from the Dachshund and the
Italian Greyhound.
