arrived quickly. you need to read the directions first lol. really. we did wind up having to put it together twice, we had the bottom on the top, despite that, we really like it. We wound up missing a couple screws to secure the stairs on the bottom. recap, fast shipping, and were irritated trying to put it together (because who needs directions today) and a few missing screws., The cats love it, thank god lol a hard earned 5 stars

the post is mostly cardboard., when cats scratch at it, it quickly begins to shred the cardboard...and the "nests" or "hammocks" are so small & shallow that a full grown cat is squeezed into it like a tuna. just not make well. probably better off paying more and having a local handyman build one out of wood...also, the very top nest is already, (within wks) beginning to bend over because cat tries to get into "basket" and its hjooked to a cardboard post, its starting to give way already...just not a well make product.

Product was exactly as pictured. The materials it's made of are exactly the same quality you'd find in any pet store. The directions are really difficult to follow as they only have vaguely descriptive pictures and no words whatsoever aside from the letters that label the different pieces, which aren't anywhere on the pieces themselves. Not terrible to figure out though, just takes a bit of time. The cats love it. Was too tall for my ceiling to fit there very last scratching post on the very top so I just left it off and it works out fine. My 10 pound cat can sit in any of the suspended hammock type platforms with no issues, however my larger 14-15 pound cat cannot as they bend to far down when he tries to sit in them so keep in mind your cat's weight before you purchase. The other platforms are sturdy enough for him to lounge on though. It's also slightly wobbly although not entirely sure it's the product or my floor being slightly inclined or something but doesn't effect much so I don't mind. Either way I love the product and the value is fantastic. You'd easily spend $150 at the very least on a similar product in the pet store or even Wal-Mart so at the $40 I paid for it it's a fantastic deal.Read full review

This product is great for the price and looks very nice, my cat loves it. I recommend it. It is very easy to install, all you need it common sense. I build it myself in like 30 minutes.. it does wobble a little when the cat gets on it but even the ones they sell at petco wobble, I tested it the other day.. anyways, I love it, Thank you!

Use common sense. Instructions were surprisingly clear. I was given 11 of 13 headless screws (similar to all-thread) and still made it work. Assembly is slightly flexible past step 2. You need to spin headless screws into place, then put a little side pressure on shelf so screw doesn't turn while screwing on next part. I think this is why others complain. Seems pretty solid, but not a 10 year toy. Maybe 3 or 4 with my fat cats. Kittens would love it. Not mad about it, as I only paid $40 on sale. Nice and plush, with scratching posts also. I got what I paid for and maybe a little extra. Thanks.
