For those needing communication in a medium venue the CP200 is perfect. Our security teams have no issues inside or out in communicating at our Church Campus. We have a total of 15 radios operating at any one time and the radio's are clear and durable. I would order back-up batteries to ensure that if someone on your team does not set them in the tray properly ...the unit is not charging. This is strictly operator error but the radio does require power and a spare or two is helpful. I highly recommend this product. Dean
