I chambered it and sighted in at 25 yards. It put me on paper at 100 yards. At that point I was able to zero the scope for 100 yards. The laser boresight is easy to use and reasonably priced. The only drawback is having to insert and remove the batteries to turn it on and off.

Paid a premium for this bore sighter, thinking it would be better quality than the cheap ones coming from China.... and this comes from the same place! No problem, I though, as long as it works. Brass construction and dimensions looked OK, so I installed it in the bore, and found it varied as much as 6 inches at 50 yards- simply not aligned with bore. I was better off looking though the bore than using this laser. Maybe mine was just a bad one, but I had I known, I would have saved my $30 for a box of ammo!
