These are very good blades as long as you keep them oiled, before, during, and after every cut, as needed will keep them from running hot on powerful high speed clippers. I can cur both my dogs, Westie and Scottie without stopping as long as the blades are oiled. If you do not Oil them regular they can get too hot to touch. Also keep, them clean and you will have no problems

started using it, with in minutes of time the dog kicked the blade from the table and it broke off 4 teeth rendering it non usable. I was shocked and surprised.. this has never happen before.. this type of accident happens all the time when working with animals.. I would have to say the quality of this blade was no good... who knows it may have been cracked to begin with, and I didn't see it prior to use

cuts well and I use it on my dog. Some times we have to pay a little more so the quality is there.
