Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Singing Bowls
I bought two of these bowls in 2017 because I was curious, wanted to give one as a gift, and they had good prices as well as consistently good reviews (I'm big on consistency). They are both the same note (E4), but are not quite identical in quality (I like one more that the other); also, they both have a nice sustain and decent harmonics as well (I've heard worse bowls being sold for over twice the asking price) - so I would say that Shalinindia are making an effort to get good bowls out to the public and not merely making a quick buck off the clueless. For the price of about $30 they are worth it for those just getting into bowls and for those who want to experiment without spending more money. If you feel 'very' interested in quality sound, you need to find the online high-grade bowl sellers (you know who they are because they give you fantastic sound samples of the 'exact' bowl/s you will receive and you will typically pay quite a bit more for those). ShalinIndia's bowls are hand-hammered modern bowls, not antiques. You get what you pay for and you get a good value. Recommended!Read full review

Bowl received was not as described or pictured. Bowl was machine lathed (not hand hammered), and was made in India, not Nepal. Also, this item was shipped from Amazon, which I verified had a lower price, so if you're considering this item, be aware that you can get the same item directly from Amazon for a slightly lower price.
