Solution. The cages are still offered on their business website but they refused to offer them to me at the eBay price and refunded my money without comment. When contacted ask them to honor the sale I was directed to the website which makes the purchase $2,000 more.

I ordered 3 exactly the same items from them and they only shipped me one. The customer service was very cooperative while speaking with them. They promised me I would receive my other two items within 2-3 days which I hope is true due that the o e item they did ship took about a week and half shipped UPS economy.
