As expected from Lego, this set includes building instructions for all 3 configurations that are easy to follow. Great fun for your child who loves Legos or dinosaurs or BOTH! Don't let the age range discourage buying this item for a slightly younger child. With medium prior experience with Lego building, an older 5 yr old or 6 yr old can do this model by himself - and for sure could do it with an adult's help.
Our 6 yr. old grandson is way past Thomas-the-Train and VERY much into dinosaurs. Grandpa & I are beginning the "Lego experience" of building & creating imaginative "stuff" and are collecting science oriented Legos (Artic series) & dinos. This Lego dino/3 will help us keep our g-son busy, in a positive way, for a few hours ;)! We are big fans of Lego from our own childhood and think this will be great for our dino loving grandson.
Brought this for my grandson's birthday. He loves dinosaurs. He was thrilled with this gift and loves making the variety of dinosaurs. I had no dislikes. Its fun and educational. Compared to others, it far outranks some that had less pieces, higher priced and smaller figures once completely assembled. His little brother and his family had fun helping him build the creatures.
