Item description clearly stated there were two balls of yarn in the package being sold. Only one arrived. Price paid was way more than I'd be willing to pay for just one ball of yarn, even with the offered discount/refund, so I returned it. Will not trust this seller again.

Positive because - Seller is very nice and has Good Communication. Item was packaged well. But It did take 5 days to ship out. The dog itself is smaller than it looks like in the picture. But I think it will be cute when done. I know it's Vervaco brand but it is kind of expensive for the size of the dog and what you actually get. I wasn't really impressed with the kit itself, but that is on Vervaco who makes the kit and Not on the Seller.Thank you.

I ordered 3 cases but only 2 were delivered. That said, I think that they sent me what they had. This item is prone to breaking in shipping, but this seller carefully packaged both items and they arrived intact! Hurrah! I had no problem obtaining a refund from the seller for the missing item in the order. If I need more cases, I will order from this seller again. Thank you very much! :-)
