This bow is the perfect size for tree stand based hunters. The set up on it is relatively simply. The best feature is the weight and let-off. I am able to hold a full draw for several minutes without any fatigue. The light weight makes it comfortable to shoot and easily transportable. The only issue, is that it is so light weight, you experience some lateral movement with your pivot hand at the grip. Also, the grip needed to be built up to be a little more comfortable, as I have larger hands and the grip is relatively small.
I bought a Jennings STrike Force for around a hundred bucks. You should too. I had no idea. This one has a perimeter weighted cam of the STRANGEST shape, and it behaves like nothing I have ever encountered before. I still have not mastered it, and I've been shooting a lot of years, but when I get off a good shot, it's a genuine pleasure. The way it lets off; and then the way it lets go; just unbelievable. There is sooo little info about Jennings bows online. Maybe this one was before it was sold to Bear ARchery; I doubt that. Seems to me Jennings really does an amazing job. Maybe it's just because it's a "single cam" bow. OF course it's got two pulleys, a top one and a bottom one, but the top one is just a round wheel, I believe. That bottom one has to be seen to be believed. It's got amazing timing. Just amazing.Read full review
