This ramp is everything I wanted but my dog is 14 years old and she needs a wider and longer ramp. Her back legs tend to fall off the sides when she is trying to walk up. I would recommend this ramp. It just didn't work for my old girl🙁

It will do..it needs better grip paper on ramp, tears and peels badly...says for pets up to 200 lbs..lol...i weigh 175 lbs, i barely push in the middle maybe 50lbs of forced weight and it starts to bend...well not wanting to bust it compleatly i didn't even want to try walking on it because it would collapse and be a hassel to return....it will be good for the average small to medium dog...they hook people with the 200lb that its very durable...its not...it will work for my dog thoe....and who has a 200lb cat or dog anyways lol

The ramp folds up, is lite and is easy to store, but my dog needed some help. My dog uses her nails to climb the ramp. the sandpaper type surface does not give her good traction on the ramp. I needed to apply carpeting to the ramp for traction.

Product is well-made and sturdy. Its longer length allows for less of an angle than most ramps and this is easier on a dog - same goes for wider width. If a ramp is too steep a dog will not feel confident walking down it and will try to jump off the side - which could cause injury to an older/inform dog. The sandpaper-covered surface does not allow enough adequate traction for a dog to feel comfortable - and can still allow a dog to slide. Once this surface is covered with runner material that one can buy (by the foot) at most hardware/building supply stores (low pile/rubber backed for indoor/outdoor use) and once this is firmly affixed to the 3 surface areas - then product can still be easily folded and works just fine and, indeed, is recommended. However, if there is a built-in carry handle, I have yet to find it. The ramp is heavy and cumbersome to fold and carry and get into a car with a leashed dog in one hand. But it is do-able. And worth the effort to provide comfortable car access to a dog for whom jumping could cause injury but who still loves and needs adventure.Read full review

The folding ramp is easy to set up and stacks easily in the car during trips... I would give it a higher rating, but the sandpaper-like surface used for traction scratches easily, and isn't very rough... The two dogs that need it can't use it because they slipped and couldn't get traction to walk up. I had to attach small wooden rails across the ramp for them to use it.
