Item was stuck in Austin, TX for four days. Eggs arrived 7 days after being shipped (USPS fault not seller). Seller has been super responsive to all questions, only person on the web that replaces eggs that arrive infertile. Also they sent follow up "tips and tricks," email to enhance hatch rates. Can't speak for the results of what's in the eggs yet (hatch rate/phenos) but eggs arrived well packaged and intact. 100% recommend.

I received the vary well packaged. Extra eggs were included. I notified seller of infertile eggs. They offered to replace them if I mailed them back (included in original description)
I opted to just keep the eggs that were fertile. 3 are almost there. A little sad about the hatch/fertility rate, but thrilled with the chicks.

We would do more than the customers can reserve but there is much more depending on your delivery mailman’s and flight with all kinds of weather. We’re already hard working to bring out the best Ayam Cemani breed it can. Please don’t be sad if you compare to pays for $35 to $50 per chicks or $150 and up per Ayam Cemani chickens . Please think that ways and then you will be happy. We’re ready for eggs replacement, please help us to follow up our policy. We don’t like neutral. We love positive ppl
