shipper did a great job sending the product in new condition. the problem is the product itself the reason i had to order a couple new ones is because the mic connection end is real weak and breaks. 2things that would fix this. 1.reinforce the product...this wont happen 2.make uniden uniform with all the rest.....this wont happen either
