This was listed as used but it doesn't look like it had ever been fully assembled. It was in perfect condition and repacked in the original box. Assembly time took about 15 minutes and learning on how the leg spreader worked took another 10 minutes. Very happy with this even though we may never need to use this it's good to have just in case we do.

This lift is very well built and I'm confident it will be very safe to use. I do recommend reading the user manual and watch a few of the YouTube videos on the use of this lift. Assembly was elementary.
