Instructions are pretty good. Having them grow on a wet paper towel doesn't really work as they integrate their root systems into the paper. Getting them off is almost impossible, and rooting in the aquarium substrate is also difficult. I lost most of my seedlings to the filter in my established aquarium. In my 6 gal Fluval Edge I had gravel substrate, put just enough water to cover the gravel, then put the seeds in. Put the light on a timer, and waited 2 weeks. Nice lawn of green resulted, but not as lush as their stock photos, which I didn't really expect. I think it will eventually get that lush, but for now I'm well satisfied with the product. My 125 gallon sand-substrated full aquarlium is going to take a lot longer. I was only able to get a couple patches going before the water movement in the established tank moved the seedlings and they fell victim to my filters. Great for new aquariums, jury is still out on the established one. Maybe growing it in a fine mesh in a ziplock bag will do it, then putting the mesh+plants just under the sand will make a better starter. Will buy more seeds and take photos.Read full review

When these seeds sprout the result is very nice. I would suggest to use these seeds by emptying the water from your aquarium and spreading the seeds out when they are dry and then covering them with substrate then fill your aquarium backup. Or start from scratch with a new tank. When you soak these seeds and water it is literally almost impossible to get them to spread out evenly because they gel up and they stick to your hand.

You gotta make sure to have a good led light shining about 8hrs a day and can take a few or more days for the seeds to sprout (depending on your light and water )

Just a little note, Be Patient! It took 10 days or more just to see some growth. If you have heaters, fertilizer, and good plant substrate, it will come in nice when it does. I had none of that and it still came in, just took awhile under led lighting.

I am not sure how to put them in my tank yet. I have 2 tanks that are filled with water and fish already so i am researching how to grow the grass and transfer it to the tanks.
