One arrived a little melted but I did order during winter, and shipping may have been a little cold. However, they arrived in a insulation bag, nicely wrapped in moist paper towels and in a plastic bag for extra protection too. Nice packaging. Seller is responsive and clearly knows his stuff. Recommend buying from him. The higher price is worth it. Excited to see how it does in my tank, even though I'm a reefing rookie!

Seller told me that there are 3 arches every time well that was a lie I got two and one was broke in half for $93 bucks so he did send repair kit but two arches that look like nothing like the pictures a waste of money I texted before I ordered and asked how many come in that package don’t tell customer 3 come in a box and only send two that was the whole reason of texting before ordering or I wouldn’t of ordered it all for that price

That's funny you say this 2 months after purchase.. First off you asked and I said USUALLY 3 pieces. if it was 3 pieces every time then I would change the listing title. Second I asked you what the smallest broken piece was and it was still over the minimum 8" stated in the listing yet I still offered a refund, you send it back and I send you a new one or send you the repair kit. You even offered to pay the shipping but I paid it.

Ordered $135 worth of rock (60lbs) and received the first package. It was perfect, even came early. Second package was delayed, after a week I contacted the seller here asking them to call FedEx and figure out why it’s delayed with no response. It’s now been over two weeks since I placed my order. I’ve called, messaged everything and cannot get in contact with the seller which really sucks because the part of the order I did receive was perfect.
