Very fast and entertaining but had to exercise the warranty after 4 runs to have the battery swapped out. Battery gave error message to charger saying it was fully charged when, in fact, it was dead according to a hobby store that had the equipment to test it. Probably because it sat unused in a warehouse for a while before sold. Got new battery under warranty and works great for several runs so far. As long as I don't have to keep swapping batteries, it's a great buy for the price!

Kinda like other reviewers, set screws on flex shaft stripped while doing first maintenance. I use quality tools, so that wasn't the issue. Second, didn't come with the spectrum radio system, instead horizon substituted for a super cheap China knockoff with barely any range and terrible control. Replacing it with a flysky since I already have the controller. Needs a lot of tweaking that would most likely frustrate beginning boaters. P.s. don't forget to tape your canopy...

It's an okay little boat for what I bought it for not so good it runs very good on smooth water fast almost too fast for its own good when the water gets turbulent it flips a lot Dives also needs to be taped takes on water otherwise if you're buying it just for fun and you're running on a smooth Pond or smooth water should work well for you didn't work for my needs the hull is too small for the power that it has would not recommend buying for full price I got mine for under half price and it's definitely worth the money for that but it's not worth full price

This RC boat is exceptionally fast. Make sure you get familiar with all the controls before you shoot the throttle to it. It is very responsive to steering at speed and will turn quicker than you would think. Not so at slower speeds. It will make you smile.
