This week we are listing fine Chinese antiques from New England and Florida estates including a rare European subject plate, Rose Medallion andMandarin pieces and other Chinese porcelain. All are unreserved, so good luck in the sales.

Up for sale is apair of rare Chinese export Orange Fitzhugh plates dating to the late 18th/early 19th century and superbly decorated with a complex border of butterflies, flowers and crosshatched reserves surrounding a honeycomb border. The well of the plates has a pseudo armorial sheild with the initials "JDR" flanked by two branches of trailing leaves. The condition is excellent and the decoration is of the highest quality. These were made for either the American or English market and would be a great addition to your collection.
