antique deco Min pin Miniature pinscher doberman Hutschenreuther rare German dog For Sale -

Description: Very rare, old, antique, deco Hutschenreuther dog with a ball. I believe this is a Miniature pinscher, Min Pin dog, could be doberman. It is about 5\" high x 5 3/4\" long. Marked on the bottom as shown with a lion and \"LHS\" in 1 oval. In a 2nd oval it says: Lorenz Hutschenreuther A.S. Selb Abteilung fur kunst. Lorenz Hutschenreuther was the son that started a Hutschenreuther factory in Selb Bavaria aroun 1857. I had difficulaty tracking the age of this one. One data source says this figure was 1st modeled around 1935. I could only find this exact marking on 1 website, which indicated it was used from around 1919-1928. Another website had a similar marking dating from around 1916-1938. Neither source was exactly sure on dates. I am confident this is a very old figure however, from the above information, likely dating to the 1920-1930\'s. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or crazing. There issome wear to the gold decoration, most notably on top of the ball. Please see photos.It is very rare to find this figure for sale.
