Zenith Radio Model 6S628, Ingraham Cabinet, Nice, Unrestored For Sale -

You are offerding on a Zenith Model 6S628 radio from 1941. It is in nice untouched condition with original finish. I brought it up on a variac and the amplifer section is working, but I was unable to receive any stations. So, the electrical repair should not be too hard. The original finish is fairly nice, and I would not refinish it, but there is a very small veneer chip on the top right. Inside the back, I notice that a wooden support is missing on the right side. This is a nice “as found” radio that should turn out nice. The Ingraham cabinet is the upgrade from the standard model with this chassis. So this model is found less frequently. It measures roughly 17 by 7 ½ by 9 inches in size. This is a nice set that should be great for a Zenith collection! Shipping weight is 17 pounds.
