Handsome Young Man in Uniform (Civil War?) with Fish Bottle

We believe this to be a Dr. Fisch's Bitters bottle, which was first seen in 1866.Next to the bottle is what appears to be a clear glass mug, though it's difficult to tell for certain

The Bitters were recommended fordyspepsia, general debility, loss of appetite and as an antidote to alcoholic drink (ironic, since most bitters contained liberal amounts of alcohol.)
