one of my alltime favorit robots today for sale:

the space explorer from yonezawa

yonezawa (famous for the best and the strangest robot designs) created a true icon of the golden age with this robot

the robot is so different from all other robots that it really stands out in every collection nowadays

the actions are unique,

first you switch on a boxlike radio or television,

then you hear gear sounds and lights flash,

suddenly there comes out of the box feet, arms and a head,

the robot grows and starts walking with flashing eyes,

now you see his chest is the cockpit, housing a bearded astronaut!!!

step aside transformers, here is the real deal!!!

the robot we have here is in good condition,

it shows playwear and some spidering in the paint and some surface oxidation spots

the tin gold/black checker chest plate that hides the astronaut is missing

battery box is very clean

when switched on, the robot is working good,

lights flash,

he begins to grow (sometimes you have to help it grow up a little bit)

arms rise

then he start to walk with flashing eyes

and then he starts to grow in again to start the action all over

a very hard to find robot in any condition

I will start this sale with very low reserve
