Color Splash Corals ships overnight delivery by 10:30 am Monday through Wednesday.  CSC currently has a ten day delivery window posted on all listings due to possible inclement weather preventing your package from being shipped out sooner.  We typically ship orders as soon as possible unless weather conditions are not favorable to ensure a safe journey of your corals.  We always confirm delivery details and your preferred shipping day prior to packaging your order.

If you have read Color Splash Corals\' Live Guarantee & DOA Policy and your DOA claim is still valid, please do the following ASAP: 

Contact us within 2 hours after the time of delivery* with detailed pictures of your purchased specimen in the sealed bag that it arrived in. 

* “time of delivery” is defined as the time documented on the tracking information from the shipping carrier when they scanned your package and its status shows delivered to the delivery address confirmed by the purchaser during the time of checkout 

PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH OR DISCARD ANY PORTION OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT OR SHIPPING MATERIALS PRIOR TO RECEIVING CSC\'S ELECTRONIC AUTHORIZATION. DOING SO WILL VOID CSC\'S DOA POLICY

Once we receive your DOA Claim we will contact you by email to verify that you have opened a claim and give you further instructions.

Color Splash Corals reserves the right to determine if your claim qualifies for DOA based on our Live Guarantee and DOA policy that is explicitly stated and the evidence presented. Valid claims must be able to provide us with images that without a doubt show the coral(s) in question arrived DOA upon delivery without being tampered with and aoffere by all Live Guarantee and DOA Guidelines and Procedures.  Please contact us ASAP with any questions or concerns regarding your order.
