Working vintage Swan 350 transceiver with Power Supply and Microphone For Sale -

Youare offerding on a workingvintage Swan 350 transceiver, serial number C-854576, with powersupply and Shure 575S microphone on a homebrew base. I am very fussywith all my radio equipment. I make it a point to keep all my radioequipment in top operating condition, as is with this transceiver. Itdoes have some use, as it is 50 years old. This transceiver functionsas specified in the Swan manual. As a ham operator and electronictechnology professional I have checked all the tubes and components,replacing any bad, weak or questionable ones. The high voltage andlow voltage electrolytic capacitors in the power supply have beenreplaced with higher voltage electrolytic capacitors. Alignment hasbeen checked using a DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis) generator. I havealso checked this transceiver on an Alfa Delta DX-CC antenna withgreat results. The transceiver will transmit and receive CW/Upper andLower SSB and AM (on one sideband) in the 80 through 10 meters bands.A fan has been added to the inside rear of the transceiver. It helpsto keep the Swan cool and minimize VFO drift. Importantto note the Heathkit Power meter is NOT INCLUDED with this offer itis shown to show the output of the transceiver.Included with the Swan350 is the 117XC power supply, power cable, Shure microphone, andcopy of the manual. As with all electronic equipment the receiver issold AS IS but not DOA. If you do not know how to tune an old Swantransceiver then please do not offer. It requires some skill in tuningan old transceiver. It is very easy to damage the finals if not tunedproperly. Please email me if you have any questions. I made a mistake in naming the tube when answering a question. Seeing many transceiver I stated that the transceiver has 6JS6 tubes in the final. Wrong there are 2 6HF5 tubes in the finals. Close to the same tube that many manufactures used both during the 60s and 70s, sorry for the mistake.
