Karl Himmelstoss was considered one of Germany\'s most prestigious artists in the porcelain arts area, and was highly regarded for great detail on his creations, they are compared with the best of those produced by the manufacturers of Meissen and Dresden. Most of his work was animal figurines.This is a wonderful piece of Rosenthal, in perfect condition with absolutely no breaks, no chips, no cracks, no crazing.
