This West Highland White Terrier is ready to get wet and waits patiently for a shower of water to magically flow from the spout! He's dressed in his best rain gear with an umbrella for a shield, and his eyes are fixed on the spout. My Westie loved to chase hoses and watering cans. These dogs are relentless hunters! This is a hand painted, ONE of a KIND galvanized can. The copper trim is simulated.

Care and feeding:

PLEASE hand rinse to clean only!! NO abrasive cleaners, which will dull the finish or strip the paint. NO DISHWASHERS!! Treat this as you would antique china and it will last forever. Hand rinse - pat dry. Because this was just recently varnished, please wait 10 days if you must clean this, so that the varnish can set. I wash every item before I paint it so it’s already squeaky-clean. This is a no smoking house, and I don’t allow anyone to handle the work.
