Sony Watchman only. No batteries or AC adapter included. I tested with batteries and the screen turns on and the FM radio works. The digital clock battery needs to be replaced. It is buried at the bottom of the battery compartment. No corrosion in the battery compartment. Slight dent on the front.
All the TV stations in my area have converted to digital broadcast so there is no way to test if it will receive a channel.
Came out in the 1986/1987 timeframe. Made in Japan.
